- All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) after your order is placed.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

- Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s total weight and destination.

- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Undeliverable Packages
- In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to pick up from a post office, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you. Reshipment of the package will incur additional shipping charges. A refund (minus original shipping costs) may be issued if reshipment is not desired.
